Service Description
Free Intro call duration can go upto 15 mins. This offering helps you know if we are aligned and if there are any questions which needs clarity regarding the process and approach, can be addressed in it. Please know: Therapy cannot be understood in a quick chat. It requires safety, pacing, and context. A 10-15 minute call cannot show what therapy actually feels like, nor can it allow for proper assessment, consent, or containment. A full session can. The intro call shouldn't be misused, for free emotional unloading, quick advice, or interactions with no intention of starting therapy. This impacts a therapist's time, boundaries, and emotional bandwidth.
Cancellation Policy
If you have paid for a session but cannot meet at the appointed time due to unexpected or other personal commitments, you need to let me know at least 24 hours of notice, or else the session fee will not get adjusted or returned. Where either party experiences a technological breakdown that prevents us from meeting online, we would discuss how to re-arrange the scheduled appointment. All bookings are non-refundable; cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled time would lead to no refund.
