Ongoing Therapy: Flexible
Ongoing therapy is paced and collaborative. We work with what’s present each time you arrive — emotions, patterns, relationships, stressors, or life decisions — while also tracking the deeper themes beneath the surface. This approach is Trauma-informed, mindfulness-oriented for individuals, couples, and families — with pacing that fits your life.
